libphash0 software package provides Perceptual hashing library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libphash0
libphash0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libphash0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libphash0 *
You will get with libphash0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
